Payment Methods: You can order the MP MIDI Controller online and pay via a Visa/Mastercard card or Paypal in the next checkout page or via a bank transfer (bank details will be emailed to you right after you submit the order form).

What's included : The latest MP MIDI Touchscreen controller, Model 2A with cables  and a perpetual license for the MP Host plugin for Mac and PC (VST3/AU/AAX). We e-mail the instructions for setup.

Shipping worldwide: We ship via an air express premium courier (TNT/FEDEX/DHL/EMS, we may choose another courier if these are not available in your country) .

Import Taxes: There are no import taxes for deliveries to the the U.S.A. (and most of the time in Canada there are no import taxes as well - it depends on the custom authorities)
For other countries, depending on the country of delivery, you may be subject to import taxes (VAT) by the customs of your country. If you have questions regarding import duties please send us a message.

European Union VAT: 
August 15th 2023 Shipping update for model 2A: We will be shipping from within the E.U. to all E.U. based customers. You can purchase VAT free if you enter a VAT number at checkout. (if you are in the E.U. and don't have a VAT number you may contact us for a discount)
If no VAT number is entered we will bill the VAT rate of the destination E.U. country.
This is according to the E.U's One Stop Shop where online sellers become liable to pay VAT in other E.U. countries as a result of their distance sales. Sellers can report their sales through the OSS and also settle their VAT payments on the platform. The VAT is then distributed to the relevant EU countries.

Invoices: Upon payment completion, you will receive by email an invoice.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order if you have not received a notification from us that the unit has been shipped out to you. In the case of a valid cancellation we will issue a refund within 10 business days. In the case that the unit has been shipped out to you, you must ask for a return.

Returns and Refunds: You may return a new unit purchased from our e-store within 14 calendar days of receipt counting from the delivery date. The returned product should be in the original packaging, with all components and accessories and without signs of use or physical damage.
Upon the arrival of the return unit to us, we will inspect the hardware controller and issue a refund via the original method of payment within 7 business days.
For returns there will be a 28 Euros fee for excess shipping costs and an 8% fee of the paid amount for repackaging, inspecting and restocking the returned unit.
Return shipping is paid by the customer and the returned unit must arrive to us within 30 calendar days counting from the date received by the customer. To initiate a return send us a message via the contact form or via email. 

Defective units: We test extensively each unit before shipping it. In the rare event that you receive a defective unit, please contact us immediately. We will send out another unit to you when you ship the defective unit back to us. 

Repairs and Parts: We keep inventory of every part for all models. The MP Controller has a high reparability index can be repaired easily because all parts can be easily removed without the need of deep technical knowledge.

Before you buy: We strongly advice to take a look in our online knowledge base, our FAQ  and the product specifications section to understand the functionality, compatibility with your systems and limitations of the MP MIDI Controller system.

Privacy Policy: We do not share your data with any other third party, according to our privacy policy, except the shipping company for shipping the purchased hardware unit. We do not keep your credit card information. When you choose to check out via card payment, you will be redirected to our payment processor JCC to pay via a 3D secure payment method. Payment Terms: We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect that the payment may be fraudulent and we will reverse the payment transaction.
