You can order the MP MIDI Controller online and pay via a Visa / Mastercard card or PayPal in the next checkout page, or via a bank transfer (bank details will be emailed to you right after you submit the order form).

The latest MP MIDI Touchscreen controller, Model 2A with cables, remote control and a perpetual lifetime license for the MP Host plugin for Mac and PC (VST3 / AU / AAX). We always email the instructions for setup.

We ship via an air express premium courier from Hong Kong and from the European Union (TNT / FEDEX / DHL / EMS; we may choose another courier if these are not available in your country). Shipments to the United States originate from our warehouse in the European Union.

There are no import taxes for E.U. deliveries. For other countries, depending on the country of delivery, you may be subject to import taxes by the customs of your country. If you have questions regarding import duties please send us a message. We ship from our EU warehouse to the US.

The price listed does not include European Union VAT. VAT is billed according to the VAT rate of the E.U. country of delivery. For example, shipping to Germany incurs an additional VAT of 19%. If you have a VAT number valid for E.U. cross border transactions you can purchase without VAT by entering the VAT number. If you don’t have a VAT number and you are in the E.U. contact us for possible discounts.

Upon payment completion, you will receive by email an invoice.

You may cancel your order if you have not received a notification from us that the unit has been shipped out to you. In the case of a valid cancellation we will issue a refund within 10 business days. In the case that the unit has been shipped out to you, you must ask for a return.

You may return a new unit purchased from our e-store within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, the unit must be shipped back to us within these 14 calendar days, with valid proof of shipment provided by the customer. The returned unit, including all parts, components, accessories, cables, packaging, and documentation, must then be delivered to us within 30 calendar days from the original delivery date. Returns that exceed these periods cannot be accepted.

The returned product must be in the original packaging and in clean, like-new condition, without visible signs of permanent use or physical damage.

As this is a touchscreen product, the device must be properly cleaned with a dry cloth before return so that no fingerprints, stains, residue, or visible signs of usage remain on the display or enclosure.

If parts, accessories, packaging, or components are missing, or if they are not returned within the same periods stated above, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Upon arrival of the returned unit, we will inspect the hardware controller and process the refund via the original payment method within 7 business days.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. A fixed 28 Euro fee will also be deducted from the refund amount to partially cover the excess outbound shipping costs incurred when the unit was originally shipped to the customer.

If the returned unit shows visible signs of usage, including but not limited to scratches, stains, marks, dents, residue, or other defects caused by the user, an 8% restocking fee of the paid amount may apply for inspection, cleaning, repackaging, and restocking.

We reserve the right to refuse the return or deny a refund entirely if the unit has permanent signs of usage, physical damage, missing parts, missing accessories, or any condition that prevents the unit from being resold as a new product.

We test extensively each unit before shipping it. In the rare event that you receive a defective unit, please contact us immediately. We will send out another unit to you when you ship the defective unit back to us.

We keep inventory of every part for all models. The MP Controller has a high reparability index and can be repaired easily because all parts can be easily removed without the need of deep technical knowledge.

We do not share your data with any other third party, according to our privacy policy, except the shipping company for shipping the purchased hardware unit. We do not keep your credit card information. When you choose to check out via card payment, you will be redirected to our payment processors.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect that the payment may be fraudulent and we will reverse the payment transaction.
